But in my experience, when you ask people how you're doing and ask thoughtful questions, they provide thoughtful answers," Tait explains. "I think we're gonna go back to some of the basics of really valuing interactions with individuals. People want to feel connected to what they're engaged with," Tait notes. Effective leaders will need to blend these traditional and digital approaches to rebuild trust and enhance public engagement, leveraging the strengths of both to meet community needs effectively.
